Your JumpCloud password is used for your email, provider apps, and laptop access.
There a few ways to reset it, if you know your current password.
Option 1 - From Windows (preferred). Click the JumpCloud Logo in your application tray and click on the Password section
Then Reset Password..
Option 2 - Login at https://console.jumpcloud.com/login (if using the web portal you may need to restart your laptop to trigger the change on your device)
Forgot your password (self reset)
Option 3 - . If you have access to your email on another device, you can request a reset to your email from https://console.jumpcloud.com/login
