Opening Encrypted Emails from PRG

1. Open the email that you received and “Read the Message”

2. This will open a window in your internet browser. “Click sign in with one time passcode”

 

 

 

 

3. This will forward you to another window that allows you to enter the one time passcode.

4. Go to your email client (Outlook or Webmail) and retrieve the one time passcode. This could take a couple minutes depending on your mail client.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Copy the one time passcode and enter it in the requesting box, within your internet browser and click continue.

 

6. This will then open the email that was sent.
