Download and install the VIP Access software from the "Software" folder on the IT Help shared folder. 

Open a web browser and navigate to https://vipselfreg.charter.com

Enter the user's PID and Password.

Click the "Register" button.

Enter a credential name(any name you like).

Enter the credential id and security code from the VIP Access program and click submit.
