Navigate to and sign in to https://console.jumpcloud.com/login

Click "Users"

Click the "Plus" button

Select "Manual User Entry"

Enter user details in the "User Information" section of the "Details" tab

Check "specify initial password" in the "User Security Settings and Permissions"  section of the "Details" tab

Check "CPM/OPD Operations" on the "User Group" tab

On the "Devices" tab search for and check the laptop that the user is assigned to.

Click "Save User"
