Log into the Verizon admin portal.

 

Search for and select user/number in question.

 

Under the "Device Information" section select "Suspend."

 

Answer "YES" to question "Do you want to be billed during suspension?"

 

Answer "OTHER" to question "Why do you want to suspend?"

 

Click the "Submit" button.
