Log into the Nextiva admin portal here -- https://authenticate.nextiva.com/AccountValidation/login.action (nextiva admins only)
Select the first option -- Voice.
Navigate to "Manage Users" under the "Users" tab.
Select the appropriate user.
Scroll down to the "Security Information" section.
Click the "Reset Password" link. This will send a password reset email to the user.
