Install VIP Access. This can be downloaded from the IT shared folder or this website--https://idprotect.vip.symantec.com/  (admins rights required)

Register your VIP Access credentials. This can be done here--https://vipselfreg.charter.com.

Configure Global Protect by entering portal address--bluevendorvpn.charter.com.
